New, comfortable space in an excellent location: safe area with easy access to markets, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants, bars and Lago Igapó (tourist spot) and HC It has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, bathroom, equipped kitchen and sink, all in a private area for guests. We are currently temporarily under construction for improvement, the private internal environment of the studios, however, they are already completed and ready for your stay! We appreciate your understanding. The space The mini house has a staircase that gives access to the bedroom with 1 double bed, closet, air conditioning and on the bottom we have a bathroom with hot/cold shower and hair dryer, a kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dining table for two people, sink with hot/cold water faucet and cooking utensils and a laundry sink and clothesline. We don't have a garage on-site. In total, there are four private mini-houses that share the same outdoor patio. We are currently temporarily working to improve the external patio as well as expand housing units. The studios' private indoor environment, however, is already completed and ready for your stay! We appreciate your understanding. ATTENTION: ✓We provide one set of bedding for each bed. If the guest wants to change it during the stay, there will be a fee of R$15.00 per change. ✓We provide a cold blanket per guest, in case the guest feels the need to bring a blanket. ✓We do not provide toiletries such as shampoo, soap, toilet paper, cream, liquid soap, toothpaste. ✓We do not provide bath towels, but if necessary, we have a kit for rent for R$15.00 (1 bath towel and 1 face towel) ✓For guests who wish to have cleaning during their stay, the fee is R$70.00 per cleaning, including a change of bed linens. Guest access All internal rooms are for your private access. The patio can also be used, but please note that it may be shared with guests from other studios. Other things to note Please be aware of the HOUSE RULES ✓ Smoking is allowed only in the outdoor courtyard (ashtrays on the outside windows) ✓ Third-party entry only with prior notice ✓ Please respect the hours of absolute silence from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., as other guests have the right to rest, and during the day, do not play loud music out of respect for the neighbors and other guests (many come to the city to study, others to work and have to get up very early, others hold online meetings on site, others come to relax and rest, others are undergoing medical treatments, etc.) ✓ Pets: We only accept small pets. They are not allowed to relieve themselves inside the house, and if they do in the courtyard, please collect it! ✓We do not allow the use of the space for "MOTEL" purposes (couples are not forbidden to date, but noise is👍 ✓ Avoid eating and drinking in the room, because if you stain the bedding you will have to communicate with us and pay for a new one, this also applies to any kind of stain, blood or lack of care when dating, use your hygienic towel so as not to stain the bedding or bath towels, if you take them to use the kits DON'T FORGET THE CHECK-OUT RULES 1) Collect the kitchen and bathroom trash and leave it in the trash can in front of the entrance gate. 2) There is a toilet brush next to the toilet, it is used to clean the traces of feces that are in the toilet, please use it 3) Wash dishes WITH DETERGENT (no need to store) 4) If you break something in the house (you will be charged), please let us know 5) Check-out must be done no later than 10 a.m., as we have a short time (from 10:15 a.m. to 1:45 p.m.) to prepare the space for the next guest. 6) Make sure you turn off the lights, unplug the microwave and fan, and take out the trash.
