If you don't want to walk, just take the trolley, it stops directly on Osborn rd, just a quick 2-3min walk up the road and it’s free. The majority of nightlife is concentrated in Old Town Scottsdale, between Camelback and Osborn roads. This is the most active and popular nightlife destination in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. Similar to well-known nightclub districts in other major cities, much like Atlanta's Buckhead district and Miami's South Beach, most of Downtown Scottsdale's major bars and clubs are generally located within walking distance. Crowds of over 40,000-strong are known to congregate to this area The Phoenix area can be overwhelming to someone not familiar with the city. You won't go wrong with this choice, or location. If we get noise complaints from fellow neighbors after 10pm, we exercise every right to vacate the guest with NO refund. Parties are illegal on Airbnb and strictly enforced along with loud noises after 10pm. Per the city of Scottsdale law, loud noise disturbances are fined upon all parties in particular, hosts, which we impose onto the guest.
