Can Na Cameta is nestled next to the Tramuntana mountains and a stones throw away from Soller (6/7 min walk to the square). Soller is a pretty town known for its charm, nice shops and restaurants. The house has 4 double beds, 2.5 bathrooms, open plan living space and kitchen and a small snug. There is a lovely garden with an outdoor eating area, a small plunge pool, outdoor shower and wonderful views. ETV 4101 The home is in a quiet neighbourhood and parties and loud noise are not allowed. The space The spacious living room opens onto the very pretty garden. The garden has fantastic outdoor dining and views toward Soller and also to the Tramuntana Mountains. There is a small plunge pool and outdoor shower. There are beautiful lemon and orange trees in the garden for you to help yourself! This pretty finca has 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms on the upstairs share a bathroom with bath and shower, the ground floor bedroom has a shower room and the lower bedroom has a free standing bath and WC. All bedrooms have a fan and A/C. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a parking space for a small car - please be aware that access with a large SUV or estate car is not possible - the streets are narrow in Soller and small cars are ideal for getting around. The main square in Soller is just 6/7 minutes walk with plenty of fantastic shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. You can also get the tram down to the Port where you will find some more great places to eat and drink. The house sits very near lots of walking trails and cycle routes. The house is ideal for cyclists and hikers in the cooler months. Other things to note There is a parking space for a small car - please be aware that access with a large SUV or estate car is not possible - the streets are narrow in Soller and small cars are ideal for getting around. The house is in a small local neighbourhood, parties and loud noise are not allowed. Please also be aware that €2 is required per person, per night, for Mallorca tourist tax.
