It starts in the evening and turns off in the morning, only during the periods permitted by Italian law and by the Tuscany Region. Outside of these dates, it remains off. During your stay CHECK-IN is fully automatic and can take place after 2:00 p.m. at any time of the day or night. Any presence interaction with Hosts needs to be agreed upon in advance.
