The space 1st Floor: Here you will be met by a large and open entrance with a guest toilet and a comfortable bedroom. Furthermore, on the entrance level, you will not only find a wine cellar but also a lovely spa area with a heated indoor pool, private bathroom with sauna, a living room with sofa group and TV. Via the spa department, you also have direct access to a large sunny terrace that stretches over two floors. It is equipped with sun lounger, outdoor furniture, dining table and barbecue. 2nd Floor: Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen with modern electronics. Dining area and dining room with direct connection to the terrace to enjoy wonderful meals and barbecues. There is a large spacious living room with comfortable armchairs, sofas and artistic sights. Also a fully-equipped laundry room with its own toilet. 3rd Floor: There are spacious and comfortable bedrooms with an unbeatable lake view and a bathroom with a bathtub. A Master bedroom that offers its own bathroom with double sinks and shower. One of the larger bedrooms includes a smaller living room with TV and private balcony. Guest access The indoor pool is available all year round but can only be used when booking at least 3 nights or at an additional cost of SEK 2000. Other things to note When booking, a security deposit for damages will be requested of SEK 5000. The security deposit will be fully refunded within 1-3 business days after your stay if no damage or rule violations have occurred.
