We are located in a natural and exclusive environment, guaranteeing silence and peace. Although Boca Chica's activities are nearby, the villa feels like its own world, ideal for days of reading, sun and pure relaxation. Other things to note Important information for your stay: Check-in is available between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. at no extra charge. If you arrive between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., a $10 surcharge applies. After 6:00 p.m., the surcharge is $15. This amount is considered a tip for the staff who will assist you upon arrival. We recommend arriving during the free hours to avoid extra charges. Check-out must be between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Early or late check-out must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability. To get to the Villa, you must first go to the Port of Boca Chica. From there, take a taxi boat to the villa's dock—a quick ride of just 2 minutes. The boat costs $2 per person until 6:00 P.M., and $4 per person after. Parking is available about 30 meters before the dock, where you can leave your vehicle. Please contact us in advance to coordinate your arrival and boat transfer. We recommend buying your groceries before arriving in Boca Chica, as the village shops only offer basic products. Don't worry about drinking water — the water in the village is suitable for drinking. You can also purchase fresh seafood at La Costa Restaurant, located near the pier. Please note that there are no ATMs in Boca Chica. In addition, most restaurants, shops, and boat taxi services do not accept credit or debit cards. For your convenience, we advise you to bring enough cash for your stay. The Villa is surrounded by nature and offers a quiet and private atmosphere, ideal for relaxing and disconnecting. A 25-minute walk away is Playa La Coca, a beautiful and secluded beach, perfect for swimming or sunbathing. There are also other pristine beaches and deserted islands nearby, with white sand and crystal clear waters. These destinations are accessible by boat, and we are happy to help you organize customized excursions according to your interests.
