Perfect for relaxation and adventure, this retreat offers endless activities in a serene, wooded setting. Other things to note COMMUNITY POOLS You can access the two nearby community pools, which are open during the spring and summer months. Please note that these pools are not heated, and swimming is at your own risk. CELL SERVICE While the house has fast WiFi, cell phone service is limited in Innsbrook. We recommend taking note of the WiFi password, directions, and relevant addresses beforehand, which are available on the “Trips” tab in the Wander app. WILDLIFE WARNING The woodland property is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including bugs and other wildlife that may draw near to the home, especially during the warmer months. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. To minimize the presence of pests, avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed. Leaving doors and windows open can greatly increase the likelihood of unwanted critters entering the home. We take great care to keep the home clean and well-maintained, and every effort is made to minimize the presence of insects through regular treatments and thorough cleanings before each guest stay. AMENITY ADVISORY The outdoor furniture is currently winterized for the season. As part of this process, cushions, pillows, and some outdoor furniture have been removed to protect them during colder weather. You’re still welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas during this time, but seating and cushions will remain stored until conditions improve. PET POLICY Our pet fee is $350 per stay (charged at check-out) and covers up to 2 dogs with a combined maximum weight of 100 lbs. The fee goes directly to the cleaner for the additional work required after a pet stay. Pets are strictly prohibited on beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, and in spa facilities.
