Forget your worries in this serene space, perfect for a family retreat or quiet getaway. The space The spacious, thoughtfully-decorated home has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bonus lounging/sleeping areas, a large gourmet kitchen, dining and living room all with water views. With 3 bathrooms, an office space, and a cozy den with fireplace and TV, there is plenty of space to gather together or curl up alone with a good book. Two comfortably furnished TV rooms, with lots of room to lounge, and additional spaces for quiet relaxation, in and outdoors, ensure that everyone can unwind in the manner of their choosing. The whole family can cook and dine together in the fully-equipped, modern kitchen & dining area, while enjoying the stunning views. Enjoy the outdoors in the furnished screened porch or deck, in the large yard, or on the pier, where you will be able to observe an amazing array of wildlife and watch spectacular sunsets. The surrounding area is perfect for exploration on bicyles, so if you are unable to bring your own, ask us about nearby rentals. 4 adult kayaks with life jackets are available for use. Please bring youth life jackets if you need them. Bring your own fishing rods and bait for fishing off the pier. Propane Grill, crab pots and steaming pots are available. Bocce ball, yard games, puzzles and board games available for use. Guest access Guests may enjoy the entire home, outside shower, yard and pier (no boat use).
