A full bathroom serves this level (Note: The shower does not have hot water). 🛏️ Second Level: Two bedrooms with double beds, a half bathroom, and a spectacular terrace with a breakfast bar—perfect for enjoying the sunrise with a lake view. 🍽️ Kitchen: Open-concept design featuring a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, and essential utensils for cooking and sharing special moments. 🌅 Outdoor Spaces: Relax on our panoramic terrace overlooking the lake, unwind in the hammocks, or enjoy a barbecue with one of the two available grills. However, cleaning and cooking services are not included. If you’d like help arranging these services, please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to assist you. 🌿 **Natural Environment:** Being in a tropical setting surrounded by nature, you may encounter insects, small animals, or some natural dust despite our cleaning efforts. We maintain the house in excellent condition, but we appreciate your understanding of these aspects of the environment. 🌊 Recommended activities near the lake: While the house does not have direct lake access, there are nearby options to enjoy the water: CES Lago de Coatepeque: Lakeside access for $1.50 per person, with picnic areas and a swimming pool. Ferries/Boat rides: Small ferries offer 40-minute lake rides for $3–$5 per person. Ferri Las Palmeras is one good option, among others.
