start your journey like a madrileño in this gorgeous building in the heart of Madrid s prestigious barrio de las letras. The space this is a 3 bedroom basement apartment, lovely and spacious, surprisingly cool in summer and cosy in winter. the room has a little window for ventilation but no views. the is in the heart of Barrio de las letras. Guest access you're able to use the lovely new kitchen, and relax in the salon before returning too your own private space. The apartment is open plan and you have access to the shared kitchen and bathroom, we have rules of coexistence to keep these areas clean and tidy. During your stay I'm usually around, or my assistant, too assist with any questions Other things to note this is a room in a basement apartment, so it might appear dark , but we have lots of light and lamps so it's incredibly cosy. we have a dehumidifier for those days when there's humidity. this is a residential building so obviously no fiestas.
