Amazing 2 bedroom, condo with brand-new full kitchen & appliances, amenities! 100 feet to the slopes at Silver Creek and the ONLY Tubing Park at Snowshoe! Silver Creek offers night skiing, ski school and terrain parks! There are shops, a full-service restaurant, cafeteria, indoor/outdoor heated pools & hot tubs, sauna, fitness center as well as the Adaptive Sports Program. A free round-the-clock shuttle to/from Snow Shoe Village is available for additional skiing, restaurants & shops. The space Our condo offers a fully updated - modern space, brand new furniture throughout, two separate entrance doors, WiFi and Cable TV on 3 Smart TV's. The Living Room boasts an electric fireplace, sound bar, 55" Smart TV, and access to the balcony overlooking the pool. The unit has a full kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances including an in-door ice maker & water dispenser, electric range, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Laundry room has a brand new washer & dryer. The condo can accommodate up to 8 guests. It offers a King Bed in the Master and a Queen Bed in the 2nd Bedroom. Both the sofa AND the loveseat in the Living Room fold out to become beds. The Master Bedroom has an additional fold-down loveseat for an additional sleeper. Parents - sit on the balcony and watch the kids swim while you enjoy a little quiet adult time. Guest access Two separate doors for entry. One in main family room/dining living/2nd bedroom. One private entrance to master bedroom. A smart lock with keypad will be your method of entry. 4 elevators in the lobby so no stair climbing. Other things to note A mandatory nightly rental impact fee "RIF" of $20/night will be added to your reservation AFTER the reservation is made and requested thru the Airbnb app for our mutual protection. Our association charges owners this fee which includes your parking pass & access to facilities in the building. This is a "pass thru" expense, I do not keep any of this. Your vehicle may be immobilized and/or towed off the mountain without a pass. (Sorry, but we must pass this on to our guests.)
