Welcome to Tropical Eden, a beautiful, welcoming refuge where you can relax and enjoy the comforts of home. Our property features three porches: a front porch where you can admire the sunrise, a furnished side porch for your comfort, and a private 20-foot dock behind the property where you can fish and dock your boat (up to 23 feet). We also provide two kayaks, one single and one double. We suggest exploring the area and visiting the secret tiki, see the sunset by kayak. The space Tropical Eden is a precious, cozy and comfortable tiny home designed and decorated with attention to every detail, making it a place full of charm and glamour. It features a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. There's a beautiful bedroom with a water view and a large, modern closet. We also have a second bed in our living room, where you'll find a modern sofa bed with storage for linens. We have a washer and dryer, a dining area, a modern TV, and Starlink internet service. Our bathroom is small but completely remodeled, beautiful, and elegant—it looks like it came straight out of a design magazine. We're sure you'll be impressed by the beauty of this little house, surrounded by lush natural plants both inside and out, evoking nature and creating a sense of peace and relaxation. Guest access Our guests have access to a private dock located at the back of the property on a canal overlooking the water. Basic fishing rods are available for use on our private dock. We also have two kayaks, a barbecue grill, a floating dock, and our private dock where you can park a boat up to 23 feet plus a motor. In addition, we have a boat ramp and spaces to park your boat trailer (please notify us in advance to reserve your trailer space). We also have a swimming pool located within the Manatee Cove community. The costs for using these amenities are included in the reservation. parts marked with private signs Other things to note If you enjoy fishing, this accommodation is perfect. Behind the property, there's a private dock and a floating pier where you can permanently moor a boat up to 23 feet. You can watch it from your bedroom window and walk from inside the cottage to the dock where your boat is parked. There's a filleting table and everything you need to enjoy the water and its surroundings. Super easy access to the ocean makes this an ideal location. You're also just a short boat ride from John Pennekamp Park. The trip to the ocean takes 45 minutes, and there's a restaurant and gas station near the pier. We're located on a residential island, close to restaurants, bars, shops, and a supermarket, all within 15 minutes drive of Manatee Cove. We're also near the best spots in Key Largo and a short drive from Miami/Homestead.
