A beautiful family home in a quiet and well maintained neighborhood just on the edge of Patapsco State Park. Our neighborhood is under an umbrella of mature oak trees. With a large backyard, custom swing set built between trees, furnished patio, fire pit and grill, you’ll have everything you need for a perfect retreat. Inside, the living room is outfitted with a sectional and TV. The finished basement has a pool table, a 65" tv, and surround sound perfect for movie nights! The space A large family room with fireplace and large picture window is perfect for watching the sunset. There is a separate dining room that leads to the back patio and a newly renovated kitchen with a breakfast nook and coffee bar. The finished basement has a full bedroom next to a half bath. A leather sectional, 65” TV and ping pong /pool table make this a great space for entertaining. Four bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located on the top floor. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Great location for family time or a getaway with friends! Guest access Guests have access to the house, yard, garage and shed. Other things to note We are located in a well established neighborhood. It is very family friendly and all of our neighbors look out for each other. If you are looking to party- this is not your place. We have quiet hours between 10pm-8am. Please respect our home. Thank you!
