The space The apartment is located on the top (6th) floor of a building with an elevator. The place comprises of a spacious living room with dining area, terrace, kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. In the living room, there is a seating area with a sofa and armchairs, and a smart HD TV with streaming platforms (all of which you can use with your own account) and cable channels. There is also a dining area that can seat up to six people, and a kitchen equipped with everything you might need to prepare a meal. The spacious terrace overlooks the tranquil inner courtyard. It can be accessed from both one of the bedroom and the living room, making it a perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee. There are comfortable queen size beds in all bedrooms. One of the bathroom has a bathtub, a sink, toilet and a washing machine. While the other has a shower, a sink and toilet as well. The windows of two of the bedrooms and the living room open on the terrace and the inner courtyard while the third bedroom overlooks the neighbouring building. It is quiet and calm. There is air conditioning in the living room, and of course heating for when the season requires. As a huge plus, there is a parking spot for one car in the building's garage. Linen and towels There is bed linen and a set of towels for each guest. There is no daily cleaning or linen/towel change.
