The apartment has an open plan living, newly fitted kitchen area and two bedrooms. One with a king sized bed and the other has two single beds. You will feel right at home….enjoy your stay Guest access Entire apartment *Except locked cupboards Other things to note The apartment situated in Jardin 12, a few mins walk to the commercial centre of Al Kasar with a well-stocked supermarket, hairdressers, shops and several restaurants and coffee bars. A few gardens away is the Condado Sports Club with its tennis, paddle, and basketball/five a side courts. The snack bar offers a variety of food and drinks and a function room for evening entertainments where you can enjoy drinks & delicious freshly cooked meals including breakfast. This is an ideal base to explore the Mazarrón area, and is located around 20 minutes from the beach. The beautiful Sierra Espuña nature reserve is a short drive away, with walking trails, quad biking, kayaking and cycleways. The bright lights of Murcia city and the retail park at Nueva Condomina are around 40 minutes drive away. A perfect base to rent for a family holiday. The beautiful beaches of Bolnuevo, Perchelles and La Azohia are approximately a 20 minute drive, and the seaside town of Puerto de Mazarrón, with marina, beaches, bars and restaurants is only 25 minutes away.
