The Interior Spaces The main villa has seven bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning, including a comfortable room on the ground floor with a private bathroom equipped for people with disabilities, to ensure all guests a barrier-free and relaxing stay. The four bathrooms are spacious and furnished, ensuring comfort and privacy even for the largest groups. The heart of the villa is the majestic quadruple room, spacious and bright, perfect for getting together and sharing special moments. The living room has spacious sofas, a dining table, and a pool table, as well as a glass veranda overlooking the garden with a ping-pong table and a foosball table. The environment is completed by a large fully-equipped kitchen and a large table ideal for gathering and a second part of the veranda that is the relaxation area with Outdoors The surrounding park is an authentic slice of paradise: three hectares of greenery that include the avenue that crosses it to the annex and the garages. Guest access The entire villa with annex and park is completely available to those who book. There are no other guests or other groups. Our garden and pool maintenance staff must still enter to check and maintain the property during your stay. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The park needs constant maintenance, so our staff will also carry out EXTERNAL daily repairs during your stay. The swimming pool is in use from May until September 15, after which it is closed and used ONLY on request. It is NOT possible to use the pool cover during the opening period The sauna will remain closed during the summer months (from June 1 to September 30) We provide racks and balls for the tennis court. Accommodation tax (€1.00 per person/night) to be paid at check-out, not included. The rooms are arranged according to the number of guests, and the same goes for the annex.
