This is an in-law 3B/2B unit in Sunset District of SF. It does NOT have a living room, but - on the 1st floor, and completely separated from hosts - free on-premise & street parking - gym with elliptical, bike, climber & punching bag - kitchen with a dining table, a bar - Roku TV with Netflix subscription - access to the backyard which is a beautiful garden - walking distance to Golden Gate Park, various restaurants & s-markets - close to public transportation The space * No face to face interaction * No face to face interaction is needed, since the unit is completely separated from the unit the hosts are living in! The hosts live upstairs, and are ready to respond to any of your questions via phone, and also Airbnb in-app messages. *how to enter the property?* All the doors have smart locks, with passwords unique to each group of guests and provided two days before the arrival. *How to park?* The garage is exclusively reserved for the guests. It is 220 inches long, 100 inches wide and 80 inches high, and is able to accommodate a full 7-seater SUV (some guests managed to park their minivans into the garage as well 😀). If you have more than one car, you will need to find street parking around my house for your second car. It is very easy to find free street parking 😀 *Gym* The gym is open to the guests. Note that, if you want to use the punching box in the gym, you will need to bring your own boxing gloves. *Potential noise* The hosts live upstairs. We have two daughters of ages 5 and 8. Though rare, my daughters may make some noises at nights.
