A peaceful retreat designed for comfort and relaxation. With a six minute drive to Elephant Butte Lake and Marina and a six minute drive to Hot Springs, New Mexico water district. It’s a perfect place in between for multiple adventures. Close to Spaceport, Hila National Forest, Elephant Butte Lake, Dam, and Truth or Consequences Hot springs, Downtown and Rio Grande River. Outdoor & Entrance: As you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a spacious, fully covered patio with picnic bench, perfect for enjoying the views of the Mountians. Step inside to high-grade vinyl flooring that runs throughout the entryway and kitchen and bathroom. To maintain cleanliness, we kindly ask guests to remove their shoes upon entering. Kitchen: This equipped kitchen (NO OVEN) includes a full-size refrigerator/freezer and essential appliances such as an induction single-use cooktop(Pans must be placed on Induction Plate to Work) air fryer, pressure cooker, toaster, coffee pot, and ample dishware. Whether preparing a quick snack or a full meal, you’ll find everything you need for a convenient stay. Living Space: Relax in the cozy living area with a full-size sofa, small loveseat, and a circular table ideal for family games. 42 inch flat screen with internet (use your preferred APPS, No cable or use Samsung TV), the space is perfect for unplugging and enjoying quality time together. The room is equipped with a wall AC/heater, plush carpeting, and mini blinds for added comfort. Keep AC on Heat or Cool Auto and desired temp, as it is a manufactured property I it tends to get cooler in the winter mornings. Bedrooms: Main Bedroom #2: Features a king-size bed, a 6 drawer dresser, a 55-inch Smart TV for guests to utilize preffered APPS (NO Cable), we also have DVD player and a selection of DVDs. The room also includes a wall AC/Heater for your comfort. Carpeting and mini blinds. Bedroom #1: 2 small twin beds, low to the floor. (These are suitable for children under 13) the beds can be pushed together to make a larger size) dresser for storage, wall AC unit, if heat is needed a portable heater is located in Dresser. Bathroom: The newly redesigned bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower with a glass door and upgraded double shower faucet with rain fall and hand held removable to reach all those needed areas , a large sink with counter space, and a toilet with a slow-close lid/seat. Plenty of towels are provided for both home use and trips to the lake/Hot-Springs or River, additional items such as soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper located under sink in plastic bin. (Septic System please only toilet paper to be disposed in toilet all other to be thrown in trash) Laundry: A high-efficiency washer and dryer are available for small or large loads, with laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided for your convenience.(Just throw the laundry pod right in the washer). Cleaning Supplies in Laundry area cabinets above washer and below kitchen sink if needed. Important Details: The property is on a septic system, so please dispose of only septic safe toilet paper in the toilet. All other items, including feminine products, should be placed in the trash and disposed of in the main trash bin at the front of the property. Wi-Fi: The password is located on the modem in the main bedroom and on both AC units for easy access. We use a portable 25 MB Verizon Wi-Fi system, so connection speeds may vary. We appreciate your understanding. Keep the AC set above 70°F to prevent freezing and leave the unit running at your desired temperature for your stay. Parking: Guests can park in front of the chain-link fence or pull inside behind the double gate. Please park in front of the boat storage area due to the septic system nearby. Please Lock vehicles we are not responsible) -Boat Parking on property place in front of garage, depending on Size. Hose for cleaning as needed. -RV Parking on Property, depending on Size. NO SMOKING of any kind within dwelling NO cigarette smoking on Property or in Dwelling Follow city rules for quiet hours, 10pm on weekdays, 11pm on Weekends to be courteous to other neighbors. Small bedroom in Hall has 2 small twin beds, they do go together and lock together. Storage space in Hallway, Blankets may be used as needed. Please do not utilize the additional Towels.
