There's a mini-split in the living area which provides heat and air for the entire unit. The yard is fully fenced, perfect for pets. Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a Pack 'n Play/crib, making it easy to accommodate your youngest travelers. We strive to make your stay as convenient and stress-free as possible. Guest access You will have full access to the property and dedicated parking space. Other things to note ➤ External Surveillance: For your security and peace of mind, the property is equipped with three external surveillance cameras located at the parking area, front entrance, and back of the house. We will also be adding a fourth camera at the dumpster in front. ➤ Parking: You have access to one dedicated parking space, and we provide an extra parking spot for another vehicle. Note that there is no alternative parking available after check-out. ➤ EV Charging Outlet (240V) Available – We provide a 240V charging outlet only; guests must bring their own charging cables and adapters.
