BudaStyle Apartment at the foot of Castle Hill

Welcome to my home! The best place if you want to live the city as a true Budapester, to immerse in the authentic, historic vibes of town but still be able to enjoy the comfort of modernity! Near the center and all the major sights, situated in a 100 year old, but freshly renovated building, in the cleanest, safest, greenest and most exclusive district of the city. Calm yet with all the amenities right on the corner: it’s a perfect base for anyone who wants to discover our wonderous city. The space The flat is on the 2nd floor of 5 storey building with windows facing both to the west and to the east, and to make things more convenient, there is an elevator in the building. With huge windows on both directions, making the apt a very sunny and pleasureable place to stay. We just went through a bigger renovation, so the flat is in excellent condition, but we also did our best to restaurate all the historic (100 year old) elements, like the doors, doorknobs, windows and window blinds to keep the authentic atmosphere of the apartment. When you enter you will find a huge kitchen with everything you may need if you fancy cooking or baking. This part of the flat serves as a dining and living room as well, where you can hang out, dine and chill with your friends or family. From this big space opens a wardrobe room, the toilet, a separate bathroom equipped with a shower, and one of the bedrooms. There are two bedrooms, the other one can be reached from the bathroom and as well from the first bedroom. Bedroom 1 has queen size bed a working space area with ethernet connection for the best possible data rate, a chill space and a door to one of my beloved balcony. Bedroom 2 has a queen size and a single bed plus another working space also with functional ethernet connection possibility (and yes provide you cables as well:)) These features make the place exceptionally suitable if you want to work from Budapest. The flat itself is in a 100 year old house, in a steet where all the other buildings are the same age. You can really feel the city's history here. Two bakeries , a tobacco shop, a supermarket, and multiple coffeshops are just around a corner so you can get all the basic amenities in 2 minutes. A little further (like in 5-10 minutes) there are all kinds of quality restaurants,multiple supermarkets, an 24-7 operating one, many coffeshops, tons of pubs, 4 beautyful parks with playing areas, two swimming pools/baths, a mall with all the mallish things, cinema, etc, sports fields, running tracks. Really anything you may need. Transportation is also great: you’ll find a tramstop of the non-stop tram which goes around the city in 2 minutes of walk. 3 of the 4 subway lines in 10 minutes proximity. You can literally can get to all the main sites and the city center in/or less than 15 minutes. The renowned Buda castle is 10 minutes of foot, the huge fully green Margaret Island too. Sziget Festival can be reached in 20 mins via public transport. But that is not all, as the apt is situated in the 2nd district in close proximity of the Buda forests, marvelous hiking places with beautyful views are reachable in 15 minutes, really giving you and out of the city experience. Guest access You are free to use and access every part of the flat. The kitchen is huge, you will find everything you need: apart from them basics, I have a nespresso machine, milk frother, drip coffee maker, kettle, I even have a soup maker and a rice cooker. There is a washing machine, a dishwasher, brand new oven, sink and water heater. Smoke detector, CO2 detector. New and high quality matresses with 100% cotton bed linens and towels. Window shutters for total darkness. High speed internet. Two workspaces with ethernet connection and ethernet cables. Antique but freshly renovated armchairs. Other things to note I might be new to airbnb, but I have the most wonderful co-Superhost who aids me to give my guests the warmest hospitality.
