Welcome to the Nesmel Apartment! 🏬 We offer two private rooms 🔐: Berlin & Madrid, each cozy and equipped with a closet, desk and everything you need for your comfort. 🛏️📝 Both are part of a shared apartment with three rooms in total. Our location is ideal: just ten minutes from UNAM, with easy access to shops for food and groceries. 🛒🌮 We want you to feel at home in a friendly, quiet, safe and respectful environment. 🌟 PetFriendly 🐕🐈 LGBT-friendly 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ The space Welcome to the apartment! 🏢 This space is located in a three-apartment building, on the first floor (considering that the ground floor is the first). To get there, you don't need to go up any floors ⬆️. This listing is for two rooms: Berlin & Madrid, however the apartment has three bedrooms. 🐻💂‍♂️ Berlin 🔑: Room with double bed with single bed on wheels underneath, single bed, closet with hooks, desk, iron and dryer. It has a window overlooking the center of the building with opaque curtains. It shares a full bathroom and a half bathroom🚽🚿. 🇪🇸🥘 Madrid 🔑: Room with two single beds, closet with hooks, desk, iron and dryer. It has a window overlooking the center of the building with opaque curtains. It shares a full bathroom and a half bathroom🚽🚿. The apartment has the following areas available: 🔹 Kitchen 🍳: Fully equipped with basic utensils, stove, microwave, blender, refrigerator and drinking water filter. Ideal for preparing your food🍽️. 🔹 Living room🛋️: It has a comfortable three-piece furniture set, perfect for relaxing🌇. 🔹 Dining room 🍽️: Table with six chairs, available to enjoy your meals. Important aspects: ▪️There is no elevator🚫, but you don't need to go up or down any floors to enter or exit. We hope you enjoy your stay🏠, feel at home and have an unforgettable experience🌟! Berlin Room: Your private space with a double bed with a single rollaway bed, a single bed, a closet, and a desk. 🛏️📝 2. Madrid Room: Your private space with two single beds, closet and desk. 🛏️📝 3. Kitchen: Fully equipped with stove, microwave, blender and basic utensils. 🍳 4. Living room: A cozy three-piece furniture to relax. 🛋️🌆 5. Shared full bathroom and half bathroom: Available for your use. 🚿🚽 For privacy and security, it is not allowed to: 1. Enter the Rio room. 🚫 2. Go up beyond the first floor (where the apartment is) or access the hallway in front of the building entrance. 🚫⬆️ If you need anything or have questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. We want you to enjoy a wonderful stay, feel at home 🏠✨ and have a memorable experience. 🌟🌈 We're here for you! 😊 Other things to note Highlights: 🕛 Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. Check-out is at 10:00 am. Different schedules must be agreed in advance. 🔑 Keys: In case of loss, a fee of 250 MXN will be charged for each lost set. 🚫 Building rules: Avoid making noise in common areas such as parking lots, stairs, and hallways. Smoking or drug use is prohibited inside the building. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund. 🚘 A parking space is available which must be requested before your reservation so that it can be set aside for your reservation days. If you do not request it and require it, if there is space it could be used, otherwise it would be the responsibility of the guest. 🔒 Lock: Do not place the internal lock on the apartment lock to avoid blocking access to other guests. 🧽 Cleaning: From 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. Does not include the room, but can be requested for an additional $50 MXN. 🧺 Laundry: We do not offer this service, but there are options nearby. 🛏️ Towels and Sheets: One towel per guest is provided. Additional towels cost $80 MXN each. Extra sheets cost $60 MXN and duvets $100 MXN. 🔧 Breakdowns: If there is a breakdown or lack of service, please let us know and we will resolve it as soon as possible. No refunds will be given for problems beyond our control, such as water outages, electrical or gas failures. After-hours repairs will be made the next day. 📶 Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi information is in the booking details and in the room. 🚮 Trash: Please place trash in the cans inside the apartment. If it accumulates, place it in the green containers on the ground floor. 🧼 Supplies: Toilet paper and dish soap are provided. If they run out, they must be purchased at a nearby store. Any other additional supplies must be purchased by you.
