Stay in a peaceful private bedroom with a semi-shared bathroom in one of Phoenix’s best, centrally located neighborhoods. Our bright, plant-filled entryway features thriving tomato plants, herbs, and seedlings, creating a welcoming atmosphere. While we have dogs, they stay in the back. If you're bringing pets, please let us know in advance! Enjoy a quiet, laid-back stay with local tips and easy access to all Phoenix offers, including dining, parks, and hiking trails. We’d love to host you! The space Our cozy, plant-filled home offers a private room in a quiet part of the house. The room has a comfortable bed and an in-room vanity sink, so you can freshen up without needing to leave your space. It also comes with a coded lock for added security and doesn’t share direct walls with other bedrooms, giving you more privacy. Just outside your door is a semi-shared bathroom, which will mostly be yours. Occasionally, a friend may need to use it, but no one will be showering, so there’s no need to worry about waiting. We’ve set up a guest nook where you can help yourself to coffee, tea, and filtered water. Feel free to bring a water bottle to refill at the filtered water station. It's a convenient spot to grab a drink before heading out or at the end of your day. As you enter the house, you’ll notice our bright, plant-filled entryway. We love gardening, and the plants change with the seasons. Depending on the time of year, you might see tomato plants, herbs, or seedlings indoors, adding a natural touch to the space. You’ll also have access to our patio, which is a great spot to enjoy your coffee or just take a break after a day of exploring. It’s a comfortable place to get some fresh air and relax. The living room is dedicated to our online toy business and isn’t available for guest use. We have dogs that stay in the back of the house in their own area, so you likely won’t interact with them. Our home is located in one of Phoenix’s best neighborhoods, close to dining, parks, and outdoor activities like hiking trails. Whether you’re here for a short visit or a longer stay, the space is set up for comfort and convenience, giving you what you need for an easy, enjoyable stay. Other things to note The living room is dedicated to our online toy business and isn’t available for guest use. We have another room listed on Airbnb. That room has an attached bathroom and is down the hallway. Your room is not adjacent to the other bedroom. The bed is a full size bed. Not a queen. The room is approx 11 feet x 13 feet There is not a TV in the room, but of course you are welcome to use your own devices. We have dogs that stay in the back of the house in their own area, so you likely won’t interact with them.
