The amenity regulations are changing by the day due to the pandemic so we are letting all guests know that you will receive the condo that you are requesting but the amenities may not be available during your stay. We are sorry about this inconvenience. Guests checking in must be 21 years of age, present a photo id with a credit card for a refundable $100 security deposit. This property has no elevators. Resort Parking Parking is limited at WorldMark Phoenix – South Mountain Preserve and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs and trailers. Please contact the Front Desk for options. Pool & Hot Tub Information Pool hours are 8 a.m. until 10 p.m. Children in diapers must wear waterproof diapers designed for swimming. There are no lifeguards on duty. Maricopa County does not allow the consumption of alcoholic beverages inside the pool area. Please refer to posted pool signage for more specific information.
