The apartment features a large living room with a kitchen, a bedroom and a spacious bathroom with a walk in shower. The living room is incredibly spacious, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table perfect for enjoyable meals, a comfortable sofa bed, and a 53-inch smart TV for your entertainment. Unfortunately, it is not possible to access the building entrance by car. The closest place to unload your luggage by car is approximately 120 meters away, at Via Balbi 153. Additionally, please be aware that there are four steps to navigate before reaching the elevator."
