QR codes are posted in the parking area as well as at a convenient kiosk to pay for parking. There is a limit of (2) cars per stay. No buses, trailers, RVs, or watercraft are permitted onsite. Parking is first come, first serve. Area Attractions: Orange Beach offers the perfect mix of relaxation and recreation with its beautiful beaches, boating, and bustling entertainment scene. Guest access SUPPLIES: We only supply a starter kit of amenities, each bathroom has one roll of toilet paper, and bar of soap. The kitchen is supplied with a roll of paper towels, one trash bag, and a small dish soap/sponge. Guest will need to provide any needs after that. PROPERTY: The entire condo is available to the guest, except a owners closet. PARKING: This complex does require paid parking. $62.50 each with a limit of two, they are purchased onsite when you arrive by scanning the QR code. DOOR CODES: Your door code will be sent to you the day of arrival via a text message. PLEASE!! Make sure your phone number is correct on your reservation when booking. Other things to note Vacation Homes Collection does not rent to groups of guests under 25 years through AirBNB. Adults under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent. PARKING: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Windward Pointe. Parking pass(es) are available for purchase for up to TWO vehicles.
