Villa Mila is a modern private pool villa nestled on top of the hill, overlooking secluded Bangpor Beach. There are 3 en-suites bedrooms, private pool, terrace, balcony, fully functional kitchen. 15 min walk to the beach ! 20 min walk to nearby bars and restaurants and 7-11 and local shops, laundry shops and motorbike rentals, pharmacy. Children must not be left alone without attention. We do not accept any liability in the event of an accident on the entire ground and inside the villa. House rules: Strictly no smoking inside the house, otherwise fine will be THB10,000 If you need extra cleaning including change of linen, fee will be THB1200. Early check in or late check out is an extra THB500/hour but subject to availability Baby cot is free and available upon request but subject to availability Around the villa: 2 mins drive to Bangpor Beach, 7-11, pharmacy, local restaurants 20 mins to Fisherman's Village 30 mins to the airport 30 mins to Chaweng road You will be given 1 set of keys and passcode to the lockbox. It is advised to leave the keys in the lockbox when you leave the villa to avoid the loss of keys. In case of loss of keys, for security reason, we will change the door lock and make copies of keys at your expense. Noise: Please reduce your sound volume between 00:00 to 08:00. **Attention ** The consumption and possession of drugs are strictly forbidden in Thailand and are severely punished by law. They are therefore prohibited in any space in the house. The same applies to flammable products and pharmacies. In case of non-compliance with the house rules mentioned above or Thai laws, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay without refund. Subletting the villa is strictly prohibited. Guest access Whole villa Other things to note When you book, you agree to the following: This is a guest house not a hotel. I am willing to help but there is no concierge service. This villa is located on a peaceful hill top hence the beautiful sea view! Please look at the map before you book. If you like to go party or busy night life, this villa is not suitable for you. Electricity is charged separately at THB7/unit upon check in/out. Guests self check in/out, host only interacts via Airbnb. I provide a taxi number for guests to ensure a smooth check-in but guests are fully responsible for their own choice of transportation. There is professional pest control service every month but being in a tropical island and close to nature, occasional encounter cannot be ruled out. Please understand that these insects and animals are here long before us. Electricity outages are fairly common on the island. In the case of power outage, stay calm and power will normally be restored after 3/4 hours or around 5pm. No refund or compensation will be granted since it is a natural disaster and cannot be controlled or prevented. Please close all doors and windows when AC is on, to keep indoor cool and stop insects from going inside. Also, if doors open while AC is on, it will cause AC condensation and water dripping. Guests will be responsible to pay for repair. Free housekeeping every 3 days(change towels) Change bed sheets once a week for booking over a week. No housekeeping for booking less than 5 days. Strictly no smoking/vaping inside the villa, or fine THB10,000. Not suitable to those who cannot climb stairs.
