Luxury Villa Miramar Orchid House is an exceptional 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath luxury villa spanning 5,000 sq. ft (500 sq. meters) with private pool, set in stunning surroundings, just minutes from Choengmon Beach. Secluded up on a small hillside against a rich background of natural beauty, it is a short 6 minute walk down to Choengmon beach and downtown area. It is an easy 10 minute drive into the hustle bustle of famous Chaweng beach. The space Luxury Villa Miramar House 1 has four lovely en-suite bedrooms accommodating eight to ten guests. For larger parties looking to accommodate more guests comfortably than the four bedrooms House 1 has to offer, we kindly suggest renting Luxury Villa Miramar House 2 in addition. Luxury Villa Miramar House 1 and Luxury Villa Miramar House 2 are two identical villas, side by side, each with their own private pool and hot tub, separated by a 10 foot concrete wall. The large wall between the two villas offers privacy to our guests with the added benefit of proximity for larger groups renting both homes. Renting both Luxury Villa Miramar House 1 and House 2 is ideal for larger parties. On the second level, there are two spacious master suite bedrooms each with their own sitting room and a beautiful balcony with sea views over-looking the properties lush tropical garden. One bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed with a sectional couch while the other master suite bedroom features two king size beds which are ideal for non-couples or children sharing the room. Each master suite features a large en-suite bathroom including a walk-in closet, shower and deep soaking tubs. The closets are large and equip with hangers, plenty of drawers to comfortably unpack all your belongings. Both bedrooms have a powerful air conditioning unit that you control the temperature so that you may sleep comfortably if you so desire. Both bedrooms have a smart TV and wi-fi access. On the second floor, there is an open living room, dining area and chef inspired kitchen. The living room features two comfortable couches and a Smart flat screen television in the kitchen, with views of the tops of palm trees and beautiful blue skies. The kitchen is equipped with a large Chef’s style inspired kitchen with a large island with seating for 6 people and a dining room table with seating for 8 people. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, large refrigerator, large sink and lots of cabinet storage. The kitchen is equip with pots and pans, plates, bowls, coffee mugs, glasses, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. We provide all our guests with some pre-arrival provisions including drinks and food so that you don’t have to rush out to the grocery store after a long day of traveling. On the first floor, there are two additional bedrooms, equip with en-suite bathrooms featuring a sink, toilet and shower. Each bedroom has one queen bed, with views of the gorgeous pool and garden. There is an armoire for hanging clothes and a dresser with plenty of storage. These first-floor bedrooms have walk out doors that open up to the patio and pool area so please be advised if you have younger children. The doors do lock however, you may want younger children to sleep in the upstairs bedrooms. Both first-floor bedrooms have a powerful air conditioning unit that you control the temperature so that you may sleep comfortably if you so desire. For an additional cost, a roll away bed may be available to add in your preferred bedroom of choice. If you are traveling with young children, a crib or baby cot is also available at no charge for guest use when requested before your arrival. On the first floor, there are multiple living spaces to rest and relax including an air-conditioned living room with TV and an outdoor living are under the covered patio. The first-floor indoor living room is in the center of the home, with comfortable couches in front of a large projector TV to relax and watch movies when you want to take a break from the sun. There is a workspace with desk and computer chair. The large outdoor covered patio has accordion doors that open up all the way, creating an indoor/outdoor living space that connects to the stunning veranda with outdoor couches, luxury private pool and hot tub, surrounded by tropical plants and a beautiful rock wall with Buddha statues that light up at night. There are two bedrooms on each side of the living room with their own separate bathroom, dresser and closet. There is an additional half bathroom and laundry room located on the first floor next to the garage. On the first floor, the outdoor veranda is a spectacular place to spend time outdoors swimming, drinking, eating and playing in the beautiful backyard. You will enjoy the beauty of your surroundings, while relaxing on the couches under the covered patio or laying on one of the many lounge chairs under the sun poolside. There is also an AMERICAN size pool table under the covered patio. If you would like to have a BBQ or cookout, you can do this on the first floor patio directly next to the pool. At night, the back yard is lit up so you can enjoy the surroundings of the garden and pool. It’s a serene and beautiful place to enjoy cocktails by the pool, have dinner outside on the veranda in the warm air, or play a game of pool on the AMERICAN sized pool table. As you dine and look out to the pool, you will be surrounded by the beautiful rock wall with Buddha statues that light up at night. A large private swimming pool is surrounded by palm trees and tropical plants, which brilliantly flower throughout the whole year. The swimming pool, with its crystal clear water, has a whirlpool hot tub with cabana. The private pool features a unique design including a sitting area and large table where you can have drinks or even sunbathe laying down in one inch of water. Relax in the shade in the Thai Sala (cabana) overlooking the lush garden and pool. The Sala has comfortable Thai cushions and a small table to enjoy cocktails, snacks or read your favorite book amongst the lush tropical garden. All bedrooms feature a comfy mattress and luxurious hotel white linens to add pleasure to your sleep and relaxation. A total of 10 people, this includes eight adults and two children can be accommodated comfortably, in four separate bedrooms. On the first floor, you can safely park your car in the garage and there is plenty of parking in the large driveway which can accommodate more 4 cars. Please be advised there is no dryer as we typically air-dry clothes in the sunshine in Thailand. This won’t take too long as it is usually very hot outside. All the televisions in the house are SMART TV’s, so you can watch all your favorite shows and movies on various streaming platforms. The entire home is equip with powerful air-conditioning units, in all four bedrooms, the kitchen, dining area and both the upstairs and downstairs living areas. It can be very hot in Thailand so rest assured you can retreat from the heat at any time and relax inside this beautiful traditional southern Thai style villa.
