Modern 2-BR pool villa in Chaweng Noi Samui

The modern/new two bedroom pool villa locates on the hill of Chaweng Noi. Over looking Chaweng beach with its magnificent sea view from both the pool and room, you can your family/friend can relax the whole day in the villa. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor and indoor dining area as well as a washing machine. Ideal for a small family and a group of friends for short and long term stay. The space Modern loft design, door to ceiling sliding doors allows the natural light into the room. Open kitchen with all the cook-wears and the oven so you can prepare your own delicious meal. Two ensuites, bedroom one has a king size bed, bedroom two has two single beds which also can be put together to become a large bed. A third separate toilet is also in the living room for more convenience. All rooms are with air conditioner and ceiling fans. Guest access The guests can access the whole house. Other things to note Road steepness: the villa is located in the hill, self-driving is highly recommended. During your stay, our villa manager is glad to assist with arranging taxis too. Quiet hour: We kindly require quietness after 10pm. Damage deposit: we collect a cash deposit at your check in which is fully refunded at checkout. The amount depends on your length of stay. Showing of passport: at check in we need to collect your passport information according to Thai law. It’s for the purpose of government registration. Power supply and charge: for some stay, electricity is collected. I will inform you the details before accepting your booking. In Baan Saitara we do not have our own electricity generator, in cases of power off, your stay might be affected which is out of our control. Normally the power issue does not happen frequently. Level of noise: Samui is a fast developing area that there might be neighbor house being renovated or built. We cannot be responsible for properties not under our management if there is.
