You will have 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, king size beds, air conditioning (living room) and fans (bedrooms) BBQ area, sunbeds, Wifi, bed linen and towels. Ideally located 300 m from the pretty, well-equipped beach of Lanuza, the area is residential. Shops, bus and tram close by. Ground floor: Large living room with dining room, fully equipped open kitchen, terraces and pergola. 2 bedrooms with king size beds (180x200) including a master suite with bathroom. A second bathroom with a washing machine. On the ground floor: 2 other independent bedrooms with a kitchen area and a bathroom (configured as studios). An extra single bed can be added to one of the studios for the 9th person. (Rooms/studios are open according to the number of guests indicated at the time of booking). The pergola will be the perfect place to enjoy your meals overlooking the sea and the pool below. The outdoor areas are furnished: Pool with chill-out space and sunbeds, garden furniture, pergola with barbecue, many terraces, wooded garden. Air conditioning in the living room and master suite, powerful and quiet new ceiling fans that provide natural fresh air in the remaining 3 bedrooms. El Campello Playa and the stunning beach of Muchavista (several kilometres of white sand) are easily accessible. Alicante and Villajoyosa are 15 minutes away by car. Terrace with dining area, barbecue For 5 or more guests: The rooms/studio on the ground floor will be made available to you according to the number of guests and the configuration. Other things to note - Please respect the quietness of the neighborhood. - The pool is maintained every Tuesday by a pool attendant. - Cleaning is included in your stay, however we ask that you leave the house in a normal state of use upon your departure.
