HOUSE ENTRY CODE ● You will be provided with an electronic door code days before your stay, there is no key to pick up. ● The only entrance door is the main one and it works with a keypad code. SELF-SERVICE ● This property is self-service, we provide a small kit of basic hygiene and cleaning items to get you started. ● Stop by the nearest supermarket to pick up any additional items you may need during the duration of your stay. ● There is a PUBLIX supermarket less than 5 minutes away, there are also other alternatives near the property. CLEANING SERVICE ● CLEANING FEE PER STAY COMPLETE $270 ● There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Housekeeping services can be requested for intermediate stays for an additional fee. ● The number of towels is based on the number of guests listed on the reservation, with no extras. Please let us know if you need more towels before check-in. ADDITIONAL CLEANING FOR LONG STAYS ● Please note that bookings longer than 21 days are subject to additional cleaning services. Cleaning fees vary based on the size of the property. ● We offer regular cleaning that includes washing towels and bed linen and is the same price as the cleaning fee you are paying for your accommodation. We also offer interior cleaning and laundry. Feel free to ask for a quote. We can add extra cleaning after processing the reservation. TRASH DISPOSAL ● Place garbage on the plastic bench every day to keep the home clean. PACKAGES (ONLINE SHOPPING) ● If the online seller uses USPS, it will not be delivered, as the Post Office does not recognize vacation rentals as regular addresses and the package will be returned to the sender. ● Only UPS, DHL, and FedEx deliver them. ● Please note that we are not responsible for unexpected problems with your online purchases. PARKING ● Vehicles must be parked in their own garage or in a public parking space in the community. ● Vehicles must not be parked on the sidewalk or lawn. No motorhomes, recreational vehicles, no commercial trucks like U-Haul. ● Street parking is not allowed. Vehicles parked on the street may be towed by the HOA at your own expense. BASIC RULES AND EXTRA SERVICES ● The entire house is accessible to guests, except for the locked closet. ● Minimum age to book: 18 years old. ● NO PETS ALLOWED Penalty for bringing pets without the owner's authorization: $250 per day. ● There is a camera with a doorbell located at the entrance. There are NO cameras inside the house. ● Please respect and take care of our place. The vacation company and the cleaning company take photos and inventory before and after. Please note that if something is broken or missing, the guest will be charged accordingly. ● NO SMOKING! Remember that smoking of any kind is not allowed inside or outside in the property's pool area. There will be a $350 penalty fee for deep cleaning if the house smells like smoke. Fire alarms are sensitive, they can cause the local fire department or police to be called. ● No handling or use of DRUGS is allowed in this house. If anything related to consumption is found, there will be a penalty fee of $1000 for checking and cleaning the house. Remember that other families are waiting for their stay. Their safety and that of their children is important to us. ● Social parties are not allowed. Birthdays and special dates can be celebrated during the stay with the guests added to the reservation and always respecting the quiet hours, from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. ● Remember that it is a private community, anyone outside the reservation must be approved by the property manager to enter the ChampionsGate community. If you have visitors, you can contact the property manager for their entry. ● Visitors outside the reservation cannot stay overnight. (If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the property manager. We will always be open to making your stay the most pleasant). ● Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM ● Optional BBQ rental ($75 for the entire stay, propane included). ● Pool heater: VERY IMPORTANT 1-Cost: $35 per day. 2-Minimum: 3 consecutive days. 3- The temperature will not exceed 95°F. 4-It must be requested 48 hours in advance. 5-The Jacuzzi has jets and can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. Both will have the same temperature. 6 - The heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and DOES NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund. Our pool heating pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump runs overtime in cold weather conditions. In this way, a temporary shutdown of the services occurs automatically until the pump can efficiently recover its functionality. (It is optional and may not be available at times).
