Building Services and Amenities To access building services, visit the Main Administration Office at the front desk during these hours: • Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM • Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Check-ins outside these hours may delay access to the building amenities until the next day. Early Check-In • Early check-in is subject to availability and must be coordinated in advance. Apartment Essentials Upon arrival, you’ll find towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, small shampoo, and soap for your convenience. Please note that washcloths are not provided, and the apartment does not include a heating system. Replenishments are not supplied during your stay. House Rules • Non-Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. Violations will result in a $300 fine. • Noise Policy: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in hallways and common areas. • Dress Code: Shirts and/or cover-ups are required in all common areas. Bare feet are not permitted. • The use of cell phones or any electrical devices is strictly prohibited in the wet areas of the building. Failure to comply may result in a daily fine of $200 USD. Trash Disposal • Trash rooms are located near units ending in 01 (e.g., Unit 2501). • Trash chute: Use for garbage bags; do not leave bags on the floor. • Ground Level: Take boxes and bottles here for disposal. Balcony Etiquette • Do not throw or hang items off the balcony railing. Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
