Great access to supermarkets and the Piratas Mall shopping mall, containing bars, restaurants and shops. The house is located within a condominium of private and unique houses. Nothing in the condominium is shared, all houses are exclusive. It has private parking for up to 8 cars, 3 cars in a covered area and another 5 cars along the house's grounds. Other things to note PARTIES AND/OR EVENTS ON THE PROPERTY ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. All forms of prostitution, pornography, drug use or possession of firearms are completely prohibited in the property. The simple presence or performance of any of the items mentioned above will be considered sufficient reason to immediately end the stay without the right to any refund/reimbursement. The house is exclusively limited to the number of guests agreed upon in the rental. We do not accept receiving people from outside who are not on the list.
