One overlooks only the pool. This is to protect all guests and hosts alike in the case of an emergency. Mondays, the pool service company comes to check and treat pool (this is subject to change depending on weather). On Wednesdays, please move all trash and recycling to the end of driveway. (The pick up is on Thursday but they sometimes come very early. This will help prevent any inconvenience to our guests.) Backyard lights are set on an automatic timer and will turn off at 10:30 PM by default to be mindful of neighbors and local turtle nesting season.
