Large vehicles such as sprinter vans, extended economy vans, those with 10 or more passengers, or any vehicle exceeding the 6'8" height limit. 3. Dually trucks or service trucks with wide wheels, lockers, or containers (these are difficult to maneuver in the garage). 4. Aftermarket lifted vehicles or those with oversized custom rims and tires. 5. Motorcycles or tricycles without car-type controls. Pets are allowed based on their size. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet to avoid potential cancellations. An additional cleaning fee per pet will apply: - $25 per pet, per night for stays of 1 to 4 nights - $200 per pet for stays of 5 to 29 nights - $300 per pet for stays of 30 nights or more Please be aware that the company is not responsible for any maintenance or repair issues within the building. **Guest Verification Required Before Check-In** To meet legal and security standards, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, complete our verification process, and potentially undergo a background check.
