The luxury timbered cottage is located in a quiet part of the Adršpašsko-Teplické skály nature park. The maximum capacity is 20 people. There are two separate apartments for the accommodation, each with its own entrance. The apartments have plenty of bedrooms, common areas and bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, fridge, freezer, hob with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine) Outdoor seating, large parking lot, garden with children's playground, Wi-Fi, TV, underfloor heating. The space Chalupa Vápenka - a luxury log cabin in Adršpašské-Teplické rocks lies in beautiful nature on the edge of the picturesque village of Vápenka in the Broumovsko Protected Landscape Area. The land is part of the original horse pastures and meadows. The cottage is located near the Adršpach-Teplice Rocks and offers accommodation for 20 people in two apartments. It can be rented as a whole (20 people) or each apartment separately (10 people each). Both apartments are equally equipped with modern furniture and each has its own entrance. There are 5 bedrooms in each apartment (4x double and 1x quadruple bedroom), a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, fridge, freezer, hob with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine), two bathrooms with sink, shower and toilet and a living room with sofa and dining table. There is a TV in two bedrooms. Bed linen and towels provided. The entire cottage is heated by underfloor heating and there is Wi-Fi connection. In one of the apartments there is a Finnish sauna for about 6 people. Use for an additional fee by agreement. Parking is available right next to the property. There is a lockable bicycle room including a charging station for electric bicycles. Around the cottage there is a large garden with outdoor seating and a children's playground. From the cottage you can go on trips, whether on foot or by bike, and enjoy the beauty and attractions of the Broumovsko Protected Landscape Area. Other things to note The stay is associated with the obligation to properly fill in the CHECK-IN data for all guests, as well as the payment of a refundable deposit for any damages in the amount of €500 and a city tax for accommodation in the amount of €1 per person per night. There is a strict ban on making any kind of fire and using fireworks. Violation of this regulation leads to immediate termination of the stay.
