It is not allowed to take towels to the beach - The guest may request extra cleaning in their period, for an additional charge (we request to consult); - We request to turn off the conditioned lights and air when leaving the property, in addition to closing the windows. Do not lock the kitchen door with a latch on the inside, as it can be used in an emergency. - When temporarily leaving the building, please check if the glass door of the gatehouse has been tightly closed. If it is open, close it by passing through it. Thus you guarantee your safety and that of other condominiums. - When returning from the beach, please go to the garage and wash your feet to remove excess sand. There is a place for this in the building's garage. - It is not allowed to transit the common areas of the building wearing only sunga (Tanga) or bikini. Please wear a suitable shirt or clothing. - When you check out, please remove the trash from the kitchen, and if possible, leave the sink clean without any food scraps. There is an organic garbage dump in the building hall, in a small hatch, in front of the kitchen door. Dry (recyclable) garbage must be taken by the service elevator to the garage, where it must be placed in a specific orange trash can, which is located near the garage elevator door. Other important and necessary information for your stay will be provided at check-in, upon guest arrival. - NO PARTIES, NO NOISE IN THE HALLWAYS, NO SMOKING INSIDE THE APARTMENT OR IN THE HALLWAYS.
