The space The main living area is located on the upper floor and features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with a gas fireplace, master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, half bathroom, and utility room. The lower level offers three additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the third bedroom is ideal for families, with a twin bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed. A crib with mattress and linens is also available for infants and toddlers. The lower level also includes a second living area with a TV, pool table, and table tennis table, providing additional space for family fun, movie nights, and indoor entertainment. Guests have access to an attached garage for vehicle storage, EV charging, and storage of smaller boats. Additional boat storage is available within the gated community. Both levels provide direct access to large lakeside decks with beautiful views of Lake Cumberland—perfect for enjoying a peaceful sunrise with your morning coffee, outdoor dining, or simply relaxing and taking in the view. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, including the attached garage, and are welcome to enjoy all indoor and outdoor living spaces during their stay. A small closet and storage room are reserved for the owners’ personal belongings and remain locked. The mechanical room is also not accessible to guests. For added peace of mind, the home is equipped with a security system. Instructions for use will be provided prior to check-in. Other things to note Dar Bida is located within the gated Cumberland Shores community, which offers a dedicated boat storage area for residents and guests. Like most Lake Cumberland properties, the shoreline is protected to preserve the natural environment. As a result, there is no direct access to the lake from the property. The lake can be easily accessed via nearby marinas or two boat ramps located within 5 miles of the house. The property is surrounded by mature trees that provide privacy and a peaceful natural setting. During spring and summer, the foliage partially screens the lake. In fall and winter, guests enjoy expansive views of Lake Cumberland and the surrounding landscape. The changing seasons offer a unique experience throughout the year, from lush greenery in summer to sweeping lake views in fall and winter.
