Lake House "Dar Bida" Monticello

Forget your worries in this spacious, nearly 4,000 sq ft, and serene space. You will enjoy the silence and magnificent view on Lake Cumberland. "Dar Bida" is the ultimate place to relax and enjoy time with your family or friends. Lake Cumberland offers plenty of possibilities for outdoor activities such as paddling, boating and fishing. Two boat ramps are within 5 miles and boats can be stored at a dedicated boat storage area within the gated residence. The space The upper floor of the house is the main living area and includes the kitchen, the living room, the master bedroom, the master bathroom, a half bathroom and the utility room. The lower floor offers a bathroom and three bedrooms; two bedrooms with a kingsize bed and the third bedroom with a separate twin bed and a twin/full bunk bed. Both floors offer access to a deck on the lakeside of the house. Guest access Guests can use all spaces in the house, including the garage. One closet and storage room are locked for private use. The mechanical room is locked. In case circuit breakers are flipped, please contact the hosts. Other things to note The property is part of the Cumberland Shores residence. The residence is gated and offers a dedicated area for boat storage. The Lake Cumberland shoreline is protected by a government body. This means that there is no direct access from the property to the lake. To access the lake, use the boat ramps (there are two boat ramps within 5 miles) or marinas. During the spring and summer time, the view on the lake is limited due to the trees that surround the property. However, in the fall and winter time you have a magnificent open view on a large part of the lake.
