About the Property There is a detached Casita next to this home. We typically have it rented out one month at a time to local traveling professionals. These homes share a common front patio. But don't worry, optimal privacy for our guests is very important to us. Each space is completely private and has private entrances, HVACs, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces. Other things to note Pet Policy Although we love our furry friends, to keep our home as clean, comfortable, and allergy-friendly as possible, no pets are allowed. If you bring an unauthorized animal on the property, you will be charged a $400 pet cleaning fee and your booking will be terminated with no refund. Security To maintain a secure and safe premises, this home is equipped with exterior cameras pointed at the two driveways in the front. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no interior cameras. Please note that this home is also equipped with a noise monitoring device to maintain a peaceful environment. This device detects noise levels, it does not listen to or record conversations.
