There is also a neighborhood boat ramp and basketball court you may use as well. Other things to note *Check-in is any time after 4pm Check-out is at 11am In the event we are able to accommodate early check-in or late check-out please contact us for availability. *The house has a septic tank. Please only flush toilet paper and no other items such as wipes or feminine products down the toilet. *Free Wi-Fi is offered to all guests. TVs are equipped with Rokus, but guests must use their own personal account logins for streaming services. *We are happy to welcome pets, dogs only please. And we ask that your furry friends stay off the furniture and beds. *Being on the lake it is common for there to be wildlife and insects. We do have regular pest control services, but it is impossible to keep all the insects away and occasionally ducks will stroll through the back yard. *Please review all of our house rules in the "house rules" section.
