The Greenhouse Cottage

The Greenhouse Cottage is a cozy little spot nestled beside two greenhouses. It’s located off a main road in a rural setting making it easily accessible. The home sits directly between London and Corbin with just a 10 minute drive to either city. The cottage is also close to three different boat ramps on Laurel River Lake and is just a skip and a hop to the Daniel Boone National Forest filled with everything outdoors. The space This quaint little home has two comfortable bedrooms with one queen size bed and one full size bed. The second bedroom has a tv with all your favorite apps for those who want to cozy up and watch your favorite shows in bed. The cottage has one large bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas range, full size refrigerator, microwave, crockpot and air fryer. The kitchen also has a nifty USB outlet to easily charge phones and devices for your convenience. We also offer high speed internet for all those that stream media and need it for remote work. There are outdoor spaces to enjoy: a front porch great for taking in the sunsets, a back deck with the greatest little Smokey Joe and a crafty little fire pit area. Guest access You will have access to the entire farmhouse with a private driveway that can accommodate a truck and trailer (contact us ahead of time if you are traveling with a boat or camper). Feel free to also take advantage of the beautiful land behind the cottage full of trees and forest views with cleared paths. Other things to note We love to host four-legged family, too! If you plan to bring your fur-babies please register them in the reservation along with their name. (It’s a minimal pet fee of $50.). You will find dog beds, dog bowls and dog treats for the little ones. Out back we maintain mowed paths for walks with these lovebugs. We do live next door with two family dogs and a cat. The cottage area is completely private and separate from our home. It is not fenced in. Please bring leashes for your sweet pets.
