Dock is available for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and paddleboarding. The lower unit shares the walkway but your deck and living space are fully private. PARKING: 2 dedicated parking spaces included. Other things to note This is the upper unit of a well-maintained duplex with a private entrance, private sun deck, and shared walkway to the dock. The lower unit does not interfere with your stay. Propane fire table is available on the deck — just bring or pick up a propane tank nearby. Storage is available for canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards.
