We are a 20 minute drive from Dumaguete City proper, 15 minute drive to Northpoint and 10 minute drive from the airport. It is not near the main highway and stores. Guest access Guest can access community pool, basketball court and kids play area. There are also nearby restaurants like the Praia restaurant and Jas Chicken Inato that is only 5 minutes or less drive. Other things to note This Townhouse is not near the highway so its hard to get public transportation. This listing prefers to guest that has private Transportation.
