This stylish and unique accommodation is perfect for a larger group looking for a quiet place. The cottage exudes luxury. The cottage is located on a large plot in its own peace on the shore of the lake. The common areas of the cottage are large, and the large windows open to the lake. Beautiful bedrooms also offer privacy. The cottage is very well equipped: e.g. an always ready indoor sauna, a wood-fired outdoor sauna, a hot tub, a tumble dryer and a cleaning robot. The space The cottage has three bedrooms, a large loft and one mini-kitchen room in connection with the beach sauna. Bedroom 1: In the main cottage, includes a private toilet and a 160 cm wide double bed. Windows to the lake. Bedroom 2: In the main cottage, a 140 cm wide double bed. Bedroom 3: In the main cabin, a bed about 140 cm wide, with a 80 cm wide bunk bed on top. Loft: In the main cabin, four 80 cm wide single beds that are easily convertible into double beds. There are attic stairs to the loft, so not recommended for small children. Sauna room: with a beach sauna. Kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hot plate and fridge. Expandable beds, 140 cm and 90 cm wide. Guest access The entire cottage is available for guests. Other things to note Other rental terms No pets. The apartment is intended for normal accommodation use for up to 14 people (no parties). Quiet hours in the courtyard at 11 pm. The tenant must take care of the apartment and is obliged to compensate the landlord for any damage caused intentionally, negligently or carelessly. The provisions of the Residential Leases Act (481/95) apply to the tenancy.
