House in idyllic surroundings

Older house with newly renovated kitchen, two living rooms and soon 2 finished bedrooms. The house is still under renovation - and bears a little imprint of it. Missing some small details such as skirting boards and paint. Great opportunities for fishing, mountain trips, beach, close to the store and 30 minutes away from Førde and Askvoll View of mountains, nature, sea and no neighbors. Large plot Those who rent must be able to feed and cuddle with my 2 cats - used to calm children 😊 This is a house we live in normally, but have another place to be when renting! The space Easy access and good parking opportunities. You can use the garage for 1 car. 2 steps at the front door. Haven't renovated the outside of the house yet, so there is some grass/gravel you walk on to get to the front door. Guest access Main floor - kitchen, bathroom, two living rooms and hallway Upper floor - 1 bedroom, with the possibility of 2 bedrooms Other things to note Bring your own bedding and towels and washing powder if you want to borrow a washing machine The fee for using the washing machine is NOK 100 Electricity/lighting is expected on the upper floor (bedroom) Ila 2025 There are two cats that go in and out on their own, and you have to expect rabbit droppings/grass on the floor and fur from the cats For longer stays, it is appreciated that the flowers in the house are watered
