For safety reasons, we do not recommend our villa to people travelling with babies and small children Government ID Request after Check-in » Local authorities here in Gianyar Regency require us to register guests staying in Ubud accommodations within 24 hours of Check-in. Please note: We will send a message via Airbnb shortly after Check-in asking for a photo of your passport details. This information will be shared with our manager only for this registration process, then deleted. We are very strict with your privacy. Other things to note Critters » Geckos and other wildlife are in abundance in Bali. Please consider the reality of this tropical location when setting your holiday expectations. Our housekeepers are very conscientious but sometimes you will find droppings in the morning after nocturnal critters have been active. Surface cleaner and cloths available in pantry for your convenience Surrounding Noise » Alcyone House is set back off the street within a garden setting, so guests can enjoy peaceful privacy. There is currently small joglo construction near us during February 2026. You may hear occasional noise from workers but we have had no issues with guests being disturbed in any way.
