Our apartment is a large, very cozy and comfortable three-room apartment located in Caterozzoli, in the municipality of Poggibonsi, halfway between Florence and Siena, very close to San Gimignano, with a suggestive view of the charming hills of the Sienese Chianti and the town of Poggibonsi. Its extreme proximity to Florence, Siena and San Gimignano and the easy accessibility for those who come from outside, allows our guests to stay in a truly strategic position to visit the renowned Tuscan tourist destinations and to enjoy at the same time the beauty of other less known places from a historical and artistic point of view but no less attractive from a naturalistic and landscape point of view. DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT. The apartment is very well-kept and designed in detail, equipped with furnishings of absolute value and all the comforts that will guarantee you a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is also characterized by being an independent upper part of a villa with a swimming pool reserved for your exclusive use. The apartment is accessed after crossing the gate on the entrance road of the villa, having traveled a short private lane adjacent to the pool and finally having climbed two comfortable flights of iron stairs, at the end of which you will find yourself on the landing of the front door. The apartment consists of: 1 entrance to a living room with a kitchenette 1 first double bedroom 1 second double bedroom 1 bathroom with shower 1 terrace overlooking the Sienese hills and Poggibonsi 1 balcony with access from the first double bedroom 1 swimming pool for exclusive use LIVING ROOM WITH KITCHENETTE The comfortable and spacious living room is accessed from the front door. From here you can immediately appreciate, at a glance, the originality and value of the furnishings that give the entire environment an atmosphere of modern elegance, never trivial in presenting itself through colors and materials chosen with care and attention. From the comfortable, imposing and elegant sofa to the left of the front door, not only can you appreciate the atmosphere just described, but you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the Sienese Chianti hills in total relaxation. The room, naturally illuminated by two French windows, both with access to the panoramic terrace, is characterized by the presence of a low table near the sofa, a nineteenth-century style window, a sober table with glass top and 4 comfortable seats and a TV located in a corner of the living room. To harmoniously complete the environment, we find a modern kitchenette. Here you will find everything you need to better organize breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Stovetop, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, sink, refrigerator, dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups, pots, other kitchen utensils. Some basic necessities for cooking and breakfast: oil, salt, spices, white and brown sugar, coffee, tea, barley and herbal teas. The kitchen also has a convenient window that also insists on the panoramic terrace, from which you can enjoy light, air and an enchanting view. Finally, from the room, you can access the covered terrace with a panoramic view through a French window, whose usability is not only ensured by wide and comfortable access, but also by the presence of a round table with four seats, to relax both during the day and in the evening and to enjoy breakfasts, lunches and dinners with a view of a very pleasant panorama.   FIRST DOUBLE BEDROOM The first bedroom is equipped with an elegant and comfortable double bed (160 x 200) and a four-door wardrobe placed next to the French window, a dresser with three large drawers to store clothes and more and two bedside tables. In the closet you will find blankets and pillows for your different needs. The bedroom, like the living room, is also immediately noted for the elegance and value of its furnishings. In the room there is a comfortable and functional air conditioner to be used in case of need, although the apartment enjoys natural ventilation thanks to both the location of the windows and French windows, and the typical microclimate of the surrounding area. SECOND DOUBLE BEDROOM The second room, no less elegant than the first, also has fine furnishings. Here we find, in addition to the double bed and two elegant bedside tables, a wooden chest and a comfortable chair. The second room is completed by the presence of a window. Also in the second room we find a functional air conditioner. BATHROOM The bathroom with a window is equipped with a convenient sink, a bidet,  a toilet and a shower cubicle. There is also a washing machine and a hairdryer SWIMMING POOL In order to make your stay even more pleasant and unique, we have decided to grant our guests the exclusive and reserved use of the swimming pool, in the period from May to September. We invite you to fully enjoy it, respecting the rules provided for its use. Other things to note The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi, an independent gas heating system with radiators and air conditioners in the bedrooms and living room. The apartment is equipped with sheets, towels, blankets, and pillows. SUPPLY OF PERSONAL HYGIENE AND HOME HYGIENE PRODUCTS As for personal hygiene, the cleaning of dishes and rooms, we have made a precise choice in terms of respect for the environment and the person, offering our guests exclusive and environmentally friendly quality products. In fact, in the apartment you will find dispensers of shampoo, bath foam and hand soap of exclusive quality, concentrated products with very low environmental impact as well as dermatologically tested. In addition, for the cleaning of dishes, washable surfaces and laundry you will find certified and environmentally friendly products: biodegradable, concentrated and dermatologically tested.
