Villa Downhill (Iso-Syöte)

Welcome to enjoy the lovely and well-equipped detached cottage in Iso-Syöte, completed at the turn of the year 2021. The location of the cottage is excellent, close to the front slopes (approx. 250m), in a quiet location along the bike path/trail. From the slopes you can go down to the cottage and from the yard you can go directly to skiing, mountain biking, hiking trails or sledding. Iso-Syötteen services (e.g. shop, multi-purpose arena, equipment rental and restaurant) are within walking distance (approx. 250m). The space The bright cottage has a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a sauna, a toilet, a glazed terrace and a spacious loft (30m2). Both bedrooms have 2 beds (one bunk bed and one double bed) and the loft has 4 beds. The cottage is equipped with WiFi, 2xTv (+ Chromecast in the other), Playstation + games, 2 x snowshoes, sled + slides, washing machine, drying cabinet, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, oven, air heat pump with cooling, high chair and baby cot. The cottage also includes a carport, lockable outdoor storage and car heating plugs for two cars. The cottage is non-smoking, allergy-free, pet-free. Other things to note For an additional fee, two season tickets are available for Iso-Syöte ski resort. The total price for two tickets is €194/week, i.e. about €14 per day per ticket (the normal price of an adult day ticket is €43 and a week is €194). These tickets are not personal, so they can be used by more than one person, even in turns. For a small additional fee, 2 fatbikes are available. The bikes are M and L size, high quality and equipped with the necessary accessories. The wheels have flat pedals and there are also one set of SPD cleat pedals. Foot pump, spare tubes, etc. can also be found. Ask for a cheap offer and go try the amazing routes of Syöte. In winter, the routes are very well maintained. Final cleaning (€104) and linen (€20/person) can be ordered at an additional cost. The rental period starts at 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 12 p.m. on the day of departure.
