Genuine and original Lapland peace, silence and magic! Spacious, cozy and bright 145m2 house in the middle of nature on the shore of the fish-rich Kuukasjärvi. There is plenty of private space around for outdoor activities in peace. Ideal place for larger groups to relax. The yard of the house has its own small sledding hill and downhill equipment. A short drive away there is a lot to do, such as Rovaniemi, Ranua Zoo, Korouoma, Riisitunturi and Iso-Syöte ski resort with its services. The space The house has a well-equipped kitchen, a large living room, a sauna, a shower room, 4 bedrooms and a covered glazed terrace. Covered carport for one car and parking space for additional vehicles. There are 1 double bed, 6 single beds, 2 sofa beds, loose mattresses and a children's bed. In addition, 2 regular sofas that can also be used as beds Open landscape for watching the northern lights right from the yard! In summer, a rowboat is available upon special request. Guest access You have access to the entire house as well as extensive yard areas, a private beach and a lake. All outdoor equipment and warm outdoor clothing in the house may be used. You can also ask for other hobby equipment, we will lend it to you if we have one. It is possible to visit the reindeer farm with me (only in winter) Other things to note The tap water is drinkable!
