Sun and Moon Apartment

The E1-Sol y Luna apartment is located in the Foresta Residences condominium, in the town of Quebrada Seca de Jacó, 5 minutes from the beach by car. Located in a strategic place since you can choose between a beach atmosphere and shopping area or a quiet atmosphere in the apartment with the cool breeze of the mountains and enjoying the shared spaces of the condominium (pool and social area). The space 1- The apartment is for family enjoyment, for 6 guests. Authorized people will only be able to enter. Visitors are not allowed. 2- The apartment has a queen bed, a king bed and a queen size sofa bed. 3- The apartment being located in a condominium, no parties or noise allowed after 10 pm. 4- Check-in is controlled 24 hours a day by monitoring. The guest must provide the host with full names, ID numbers, and license plate number of the vehicle to process a permit to enter the condominium. 5- The apartment has a smart lock system, so check-in and check-out are autonomous. 6- Check to leave the cloths complete, in case of loss these have a cost of $20 c/u. 7- Indoor parking only for one vehicle in front of the apartment. In case of bringing another vehicle, it must be parked in the visitor parking lot external to the condominium. 8- If there is availability for early check-in and later check-out, this is at the discretion of the host. 9- Check at your departure that all doors are closed and the air conditioning equipment is turned off. 10- We are Pet Friendly! (2 pets max) We love welcoming your pets and being part of your experience with us. To maintain tidiness and cleanliness for all our guests, we kindly ask you: -Evite pets from using the blankets or upholstered furniture, to prevent the accumulation of hairs. - Always keep pets supervised within the space. -Recose any waste they may generate. - Always have the strap on -I prohibit the pet in the social area and pool. Thank you for helping keep a comfortable and clean environment for everyone 11- If you use the air conditioning equipment to verify that the doors are closed and if leaving the apartment turn off the equipment, it is not necessary to leave cooling the furniture,. Help us save electricity we appreciate your understanding. 12- If coming from the beach or wet pool, do not sit on the couch, nor on the beds. 13-Current 240v available in our parking lot to charge electric vehicle. Guest access 1- The use of the pool is allowed from 8 am to 10 pm for adults and children, it is not allowed to remain in this area after this time 2- We are Pet Friendly!
