In the backyard there is a 32m2 glazed terrace with a wonderful view of the Jämsän river. The apartment has a high quality air-source heat pump, which keeps the apartment cool in summer and warm in winter. The bathroom has a sauna, which is free to use. The bedroom has a high quality Tempur double bed, where you can sleep comfortably. Guest access Parking is free. You must leave your car parked on the side of the road. Other things to note Parties are not allowed on the site. Silence must be respected between 22:00 and 06:00. The property is always photographed before renting. Any damage must be reported immediately. The tenant is responsible for ensuring that the apartment is in the same condition as when it was handed over for rent. Jämsä Tehdas" is a communal work space in the centre of Jämsä. I warmly recommend you to visit it if you are working during your stay.
